ORDERING
To order products, select the product you want and click on the "Add to cart" button.
When you have selected your products, go to the Shopping Basket. In your Shopping Basket, you will see all of your selected products. On this page, you can also change the quantities of the products and, if necessary, remove some products from your Shopping Basket.
When you have selected your products, go to the page where you can finalise orders and click on the link “Finalise Order”.
When finalising the order, fill in the address fields and choose a suitable delivery and payment method.
By clicking on the link “Pay Now”, you will be directed to the payment method of your choosing. The contract for the purchase and sale of goods is deemed concluded after the Buyer has placed the order and the Seller has confirmed receiving the order.
The order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer via e-mail.

PAYMENT

aboutbeauty.ee accepts Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (SecureCode) credit cards. Credit card payments are processed through the E-Commerce Payment Gateway and completed by entering your credit card information. The payment methods are provided by Maksekeskus AS. 
Personal data is processed and stored by ALTAIRBALT OÜ, who is the controller of the personal data (hereinafter the controller). The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

DELIVERY

Omniva, Itella, DPD parcel machines are located in different places all over Estonia and by using this parcel delivery method, you can choose the location most convenient for you. As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination parcel machine, an SMS with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel will be sent to the mobile phone number listed in the order. Then, you need to go to the respective parcel machine and enter the code received in the SMS on the touch screen display of the parcel machine. This will open the right locker door and the parcel is yours! The parcel needs to be picked up within seven days from its arrival at the parcel machine.

RETURNING
The customer must inform us of their intention to return a product within 14 days after receiving the goods by filling in the return form below.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The customer must bear the cost of returning, unless the reason for returning is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.
The money paid for the returned goods will be reimbursed to the customer immediately but no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal. In addition to that, the cost of delivery will also be reimbursed to the customer.
Makeup that have been opened are not subject to returns. Products, the using (or non-using) of which cannot be proven, are also not subject to returns. Such are, for example, adhesive, which have a relatively short shelf life and are directly dependent on their opening time.
The customer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Commission of the Consumer Protection Board, which is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract if the disputed goods cost more than €20 (the reviewing of complaints by the commission is free of charge).
