Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store aboutbeauty.ee .
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. If necessary, a fee for delivering the goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros and VAT is not included.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when ordering.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and, if necessary, select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Revolut
- Visa/Mastercard cards payments
- Finland bank payments: : Aktia, Alandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiration of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (inc Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Payments are handled by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store’s current account.
The owner of the online store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Delivery
Goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.
By agreement, goods are also sent to other countries. To receive a transport offer, you must send a request to info@aboutbeauty.ee.
To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Itella Smartpost, Omniva and VENIPAK parcel machines.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Possible additional costs related to the transportation and receipt of the goods (e.g. customs duty) are also exclusively borne by the buyer.
Orders placed on a public holiday or weekend will be dispatched on the working day following the public holiday or weekend.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. This is the case if the parcels are picked up according to the schedule and there are enough free lockers in the selected parcel machine.
The Online Store is not responsible for changes in the pick-up schedule or delays in the delivery of the shipment by transport service providers. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14-45 calendar days.
During and after promotional campaigns, delivery may be longer than usual.
In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
If the buyer does not pick up the package at the parcel machine within the specified time period or does not accept the parcel delivered by courier, the buyer bears all costs related to the return of the parcel or longer-term storage, incl. also other possible expenses.
The Online Store is not responsible for the spoilage of the products, their quality or the deterioration of their usage and working characteristics, if they are ordered to an outdoor parcel machine during periods when the outside temperature is very high or low. In the purchase process, the buyer is advised to order temperature-sensitive products to the parcel machine located indoors. A relevant recommendation can be found at the end of the purchase process before starting to pay. All liquid or liquid- containing products are classified under temperature-sensitive products.
The Online Store is not responsible for the mistakes of transport service providers – incl. delay in delivery, loss of the shipment and other situations with which the Online Store is not related.
When the shipment is handed over by the Online Store to the transport service provider, the responsibility for the shipment rests with the transport service provider in the future.
If there are problems with the shipment (lost, etc.), the Online Store will, if necessary, assist the buyer in communicating with the transport service provider. In the case of a shipment declared lost, the buyer will be compensated for the entire cost of the order (including shipping costs) in accordance with the transport service provider’s conditions for receiving compensation.
The Online Store is based on environmentally friendly principles when packaging orders. If possible, orders are sent in recycled transport packaging.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In the event that the buyer does not return the goods within 14 days from the day of submitting the application for withdrawal, the Online Store has the right not to accept the application for withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products: cosmetic products, emulsions, products with open and damaged packaging, gift cards. Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be controlled are also not eligible for return.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods. In case of return of used or incomplete goods, the Online Store has the right not to satisfy the buyer’s withdrawal request or offset the cost of the decrease in the value of the goods from the purchase amount returned to the buyer.
In order to return the goods, you must submit a free form withdrawal from the purchase of the goods, to which you must attach the purchase invoice, indicate the reason for the return and send it to the e-mail address info@aboutbeauty.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.
The goods to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not match the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product sent by the Online Store by mistake).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately return to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer based on the contract, which pertain to the returned goods, minus the shipping cost. In the event that the returned product does not correspond to the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product sent by the Online Store by mistake), the shipping cost, if the order included it, as well as the shipping costs of the return, will also be returned to the buyer.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to a mistake/technical error; the buyer has used a discount code/coupon to purchase the goods, which was not intended for use by the given buyer or products.
Right to lodge a complaint
The Online Store tore is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or a defect that already existed at the time of handing over the item and that appears within one year from the handing over of the goods to the buyer. During this 1 year from the handing over of the thing to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of handing over the thing. It is the Online Store responsibility to refute the corresponding assumption.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months at the latest by sending a free-form application, which must include the purchase invoice, describe in detail the defect in the product and send it to the e-mail address info@aboutbeauty.ee. The product with defects must be returned to the Online Store via the parcel machine, the Online Store will send the corresponding instructions on returning the product to the buyer by e-mail.
The Online Store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods within 14 days from the detection of the product defect by the Online Store or the expert. If it is not possible to replace the goods, the Online Store will return to the buyer all the fees attached to the sales contract within 14 days from the detection of the product defect by the Online Store or the expert.
The Online Store can refuse to replace or refund the defective product until the defect of the object of the contract has been confirmed by the Online Store or an expert.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.
The Online Store will send the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Solving arguments
If the buyer has any claims regarding the Online Store, they must be forwarded to info@aboutbeauty.ee.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
